Job Description
– Planning, developing, and implementing cross-channel online marketing campaigns including SEA, display advertising, email marketing and social media to expand the organizations’ online presence
– Planning, developing, implementing, and measuring influencer marketing campaigns
– Performing internal marketing projects
– Establishing and coordinating relationships with influencers
– Utilizing strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple online channels and touch points
– Assisting with budget preparation and continuously monitoring and maintaining online media budget
– Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
– Staying abreast about relevant industry topics and reviewing competitors’ content
– Continuously measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evolving actions based on learnings
– Doing important client work (B2B and B2C) in the field of online marketing
Requirements
– 2+ years experience as an online marketing manager or in a similar role
– Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or related field
– Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
– Experience in optimizing user funnels and executing A/B testings
– Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRUSH
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, and grammar
– Tech-savvy with a good understanding of marketing strategy and keen digital awareness
– Exceptional English skills
– Experience in influencer marketing
– Strong understanding of social media (especially Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) and algorithms
– Excellent marketing skills and understanding the wants, needs and desires of the target groups
– Preferred – Knowledge of SEO
