Job Title: HR Assistant (M/F)
Location: Teleperformance Kosova
Start Date: September 2022
Language Requirement: German B2 and English B2

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining personnel records;
  • Update internal databases;
  • Prepare HR documents (contracts, sick leaves, references, etc.)
  • Managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Reply to payroll inquiries

Requirements and skills

  • Good German (B2 level) and English language (B2 level) skills are a requirement
  • Experienced in similar position is preferable
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS, HRMS or Payroll is preferable
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) is a requirement
