UI-UX Designer

For our US HQ-based client that has a mission to build the most intuitive, easy-to-use real estate software products that enable sustainability, operational efficiencies, and comfort, for their operations team in Kosovo, we are looking for a highly talented UI-UX Designer.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualize original design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present and argument designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer – preferably 2+ years
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Proficiency in Figma and other visual design as well as wire-framing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is considered an advantage
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban development process
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and user experience
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest Web and Mobile trends, techniques, and technologies
- BS in Computer Science, Visual Arts, a similar degree or relevant working experience.
