SCRUM Master

We are looking for enthusiastic Scrum Masters with experience in agile project management based upon Scrum Methodology, who can collaborate well with both internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and maintain software solutions.

In our team, you will build digital healthcare systems for a globally operating client, to support and improve the work and lives of healthcare professionals and citizens alike. You will be part of a large agile project organization and be responsible for the methodological leadership of a delivery squad.

As a successful Scrum Master, you should demonstrate advanced knowledge of industry best practices and proficiency with passion in the Scrum Methodology; as well as delivering fully functional software that meet the schedule and requirements.

Technical Skills Required

• You already have experience as Scrum Master in agile teams
• You love and live agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, ...)
• You have experience as a facilitator and understanding in the areas of communication processes and group dynamics
• You have an understanding of modern leadership principles and self-organization
• You are familiar with change processes
• Self-drive, independence, openness, customer orientation and team spirit drive you in your work
• You are able to moderate Scrum events and also conduct them
• You are able to coach team members in agile working methods and principles to develop the agile mindset

Experience Level

• Degree or equivalent experience in the field of IT or management (computer science, business informatics, information management or similar)
• Typically at least 2 years of professional experience
• As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with the product owner regarding the maintenance of the product backlog and the value optimization of his/her product, act as a change agent by communicating agile principles and methods to the team, customers and company and create an environment where self-organization, security and a common direction can emerge and where the team can evolve

Soft Skills

• Good personality, open and agile-minded, team player, willing to learn and overperform
• Communicative and ability to moderate empathetically between different interest groups
• English proficiency is necessary
• General Project Management, Customer/ Vendor Management, Business/Requirements Analysis
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team
• Being able to communicate your ideas clearly and succinctly to clients, users, and colleagues
• Being diligent about your work

Useful Extra Skills

• You are certified in SCRUM
• You are familiar with systemic management or systemic coaching
• You are familiar with scaled frameworks like SAFe, LeSS and Nexus
