OPEN POSITION Full Time (partly remote)

(6PM to 2AM)

Expectations / Duties

We are looking for a Technical Support Officer who embraces technology and enjoys problem-solving! The role will be responsible for Tier 1 support, monitoring and maintaining the systems and networks of our partner client in Los Angeles, California.

Skills / Technology / Requirements

• English language medium proficiency (important);

• Good communication skills and friendly demeanor when dealing with clients;
• Solid Hardware/Networking skills including routers, firewalls, VPN, switches, wireless, active directory, DNS and Group Policies, Terminal Services;

• Desktop support including Mac OS/Windows, hardware, business applications, email (Office 365, G Suite) and remote printers;
• Self-motivated, dependable person that can work unsupervised;
