Business Development Intern

Manaferra is growing! Recently, we won the Best SEO Campaign (Higher Education) in US Search Awards 2022, and we’re looking to expand our award-winning team.

We are currently seeking four Business Development Interns to support our Growth team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Marketing and a desire to learn about the digital consulting industry. This role will offer valuable support in prospecting, look-alike targeting, CRM management, and various other business development tasks.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Growth team in identifying, researching, and evaluating potential clients in healthcare, mobility, finance, and other sectors.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities.

Help create and maintain prospect lists, including updating and managing contact information in our CRM system.

Support look-alike targeting efforts to identify potential clients with similar profiles to our existing customers and identified targets.

Assist in the development and execution of outreach strategies, including email and LinkedIn campaigns.

Prepare and analyze reports on business development activities, client engagement, and lead generation.

Collaborate with other team members to support the overall goals and objectives of the Growth department.

• Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Suite, particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Location:
The primary place of performance will be in Prishtina, Kosovo.
