We are hiring a manual KYC Officer. This role comes with a great variety of tasks that will help you build a bank of diferent skills.

Candidates’ skills requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Manual KYC
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to balance workload and deal with multiple priorities.
- Aptitude to work with a team in a changing environment.
Duties include:
- Performing the due diligence on new Clients, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review, and verifcation of received documentation, and making an analytical risk assessment for new Clients;
- Thoroughly and succinctly document the research and analysis related to the fnancial activity and related entities of Clients;
- Periodically evaluate existing Clients according to established policies and procedures;
- Periodical review of KYC records as to the completeness, including verifying that due diligence has been performed and that due diligence standards are complied with; also that the fles and risk assessments are current and up to date;
- Investigating high-risk clients and reporting where necessary, including Politically Exposed Persons, and obtaining all necessary documentation to complete the client fle;
- Process entries to open/close clients’ accounts on our KYC / Related Parties
- Maintain continuous contact with the customer in order to keep customer fle updated;
- Process amended client’ records on our KYC database;
- Communicate efectively and efciently with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents;
- Have a thorough understanding of the client’s business and related parties in order to monitor client’s activities for unusual transactions;
- Perform further investigation on the identifed suspicious client.
