Job Description:


As a Quality Control Manager at Fap, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within the production facility, implementing quality assurance policies, and leading a team of quality control inspectors. Your primary objective will be to uphold the company's reputation for delivering top-quality products to customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Control Oversight:
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to maintain product quality standards.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the quality control team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
    • Conduct regular inspections of products, materials, and manufacturing processes to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
  2. Process Improvement:
    • Continuously analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Collaborate with production managers to implement process enhancements that result in higher product quality and operational efficiency.
  3. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, issues identified, and corrective actions taken.
    • Prepare and submit quality control reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Provide training and guidance to quality control staff, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement among team members.
  5. Supplier and Customer Interaction:
    • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues, and ensure the quality of incoming materials.
    • Interface with customers to address quality concerns, gather feedback, and implement necessary corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  6. Root Cause Analysis:
    • Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.


  • Proven experience in quality control/assurance roles within a production environment,
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) are a plus.
  • Knowledge in English B2,(German will consider a plus)
