System Administrator - Experienced

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - EXPERIENCED

We are looking for two (2) Experienced SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR to be responsible to: -maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks, -Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues, -Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure,    -Installing and integrating new server hardware and applications.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
• Proven experience in Hosting, Networking, Routing and Switching
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
• Knowledge on programming languages like: PHP, C#, etc, will be a priority for candidates
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (like cPanel, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of Windows administration including virtualisation (HyperV, ESXi, domain administration, Exchange, file server)
• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
• Ability to set up and configure server hardware
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
• Knowledge of German language will be priority for candidates.

Compensation:

• Full Time Working Contract (40 hours per week: Mo-Fr),
• Salary +1200 euro and it will depend on the candidate expertise.
