Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience who is eager to learn and contribute to a variety of exciting projects. As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and project managers to develop design concepts, prepare architectural drawings, and participate in all phases of project development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD and BIM software.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project teams on design development.
• Conduct site visits to assist in the preparation of site analysis reports.
• Support project management tasks, including coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in an architectural firm or design studio (internship experience is acceptable).
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards is a plus.
• Passion for sustainable design and innovation.
