Join Our Remote Team as a Sales Agent for Our Exclusive Trading Group!
Are you a trading enthusiast with a knack for chat-based sales?
Emerald Marketing FZCO is seeking a skilled Sales Agent to work remotely and help guide potential clients to our premium trading services.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with Prospects: Connect with potential clients daily from anywhere in the world, guiding them through our exclusive trading offerings.
- Personalise Interactions: Utilize our script as a foundation to create tailored, engaging conversations that resonate with each prospect.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide top-notch service and support in every interaction, ensuring a high-quality experience for every client.
Shifts:
Full Time - 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)
- Monday - Friday:
- Morning: 09:00 - 18:00 CEST
- Midday: 13:00 - 22:00 CEST
- Evening: 15:00 - 00:00 CEST
- Saturday: 12:00 - 21:00 CEST
- Sunday: 13:00 - 22:00 CEST
What We’re Looking For:
- Trading Experience: Solid background in trading is essential.
- Sales Skills: Proven expertise in chat-based sales with strong psychological tactics.
- Languages: Fluent in both German and English.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Docs, Word, and Excel.
- Organised & Communicative: Excellent organizational skills and clear, effective communication.
