FOR DRIP IRRIGATION SYSTEM,AGROTEXTILE AND NON-INVASIVE GRASS

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1 Requester: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Office Tirana, Rr. Asim Zeneli6/10, 1001 Tiranë

1.2 Profile: German Development Cooperation, Office in Tirana supports Albania on its path to European integration and development through projects implemented in economic development, legal reform, vocational education and training, reform of the water sector, rural development, reforms on strengthening of the internal security, and other areas.

1.3 Subject: The GIZ Office Tirana invites qualified companies that provides Drip Irrigation System, Agro textile and Non-Invasive Grass according to the Technical Specifications. The GIZ Office Albania intends to sign a framework contract with the supplier.

2 Companies should fulfill the following requirements:

Participation is open to all legal companies which are effectively established in Albania or the region(participating either individually or in a grouping — consortium — of tenderers).

The company should deliver Drip Irrigation System, Agro textile and Non-Invasive Grass

according to the specifications.

The company should have at least two agronomists engaged (to be evidenced by diploma and contract).

The company must provide a catalog or brochure on the products offered.

The company should have an average turnover of 2 000 000 ALL or its equivalent in EURO The company should provide the delivery not later than 05th of February 2025

Irrigation System:

• Must be produced in the EU.
• Should include all necessary components for a complete drip irrigation system.
• Must come with installation instructions and guidelines for optimal usage.
• Should include a warranty for at least one year covering defects and performance issues.

All legal entities interested in the application should follow this process:

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of bid evaluation will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated technically and financially. The winner will be announced via e-mail.
