REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
For Website Design and Development for the Democracy Lab
The National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) is a US-based nonprofit organization working to strengthen democracy worldwide. Since 1999, NDI has partnered with political parties, civil society, and elected representatives in Kosovo to promote democratic practices and increase citizen participation in governance.
NDI is seeking to identify a qualified company to design and develop the Democracy Lab website, which will serve as a hub for political literacy, advocacy resources, and digital democracy tools. This initiative, part of NDI’s Inclusive and Accountable Representation Activity funded by USAID, aims to empower youth and women in Kosovo to actively participate in governance and advocacy campaigns.
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
- Technical Proposal: Comprehensive approach, design, and development plan.
- Experience: Proven track record in similar projects, supported by references.
- Price Proposal: Cost-effectiveness and value for services offered.

All proposals should be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than 8th January 2025, at 23:59. Late submissions will not be considered.
