We’ve been in Kosove for more than a year now where we’ve grown our team to 30 people. In the next 6 months we’re looking to double our headcount in our office in Prishtine and to do that we need your help…
We are looking for 2 people to join our TALENT ACQUISITION team and manage our recruitment activities (in Kosove) through every phase of their lifecycle.
We are looking for someone energetic and ambitious, who’s willing to grow together with us. That person needs to have experience with sourcing/headhunting, interviewing, evaluation, and selection of candidates, having some sales skills or social media management experience that’s an advantage. Even if you don’t poses all the criteria’s mentioned above and the requirement’s down below, as long as you’re willing to learn and work hard, make sure to give it a try and apply!
Responsibilities;
- Work closely with the human resources team to create and constantly update recruitment processes
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages
- Provide interview feedback
- Participate in job fairs and other external events
- Help new hires onboard
Key Requirements;
- Prior experience within talent acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Social media management knowledge and sale skills (advantage)
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- A winning mentality
