Job Description
– Developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to align with business objectives
– Planning, developing, and implementing social media campaigns on multiple channels
– Managing the day-to-day handling of the organizations’ social media accounts
– Managing and facilitating social media communities by responding to comments and direct messages
– Working closely with creatives to create engaging multimedia content for multiple social media channels
– Distributing appealing content on multiple social media channels according to an editorial plan
– Researching social media trends and informing marketing management team of changes that are relevant to the organizations’ marketing activities
– Assisting with budget preparation and continuously monitoring and maintaining social media budget
– Brainstorming new and creative social media ideas
– Continuously measuring and reporting on the performance of all social media activities (paid and organic) and evolving actions based on learnings
– Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media
– Establishing relationships with social media influencer
– Doing important client work (B2B and B2C) in the field of social media marketing
Requirements
– 2+ years experience as a social media manager, online marketing manager or in a similar role
– Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or related field
– Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms; knowledge and understanding of algorithms
– Experience in optimizing user funnels and executing A/B testing
– Solid knowledge of Google Analytics
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, and grammar
– Exceptional English skills
– Experience in influencer marketing
– Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
– Strong marketing skills and understanding the wants, needs and desires of the target groups
– Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills
