Recruitment and Operations Manager

Job Description

At GDS Group smooth processes and systems are the key to our success. We’re in need of a full-time Recruitment and HR Manager with excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition to keep them thriving. You’ll be a strong and reliable support to company recruitment HR and operations. 

Responsibilities

  • Screening resumes.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Performing reference and background checks.
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
  • Identify and reach out to talent
  • Organise interviews and open days
  • Research the best job advertising techniques
  • Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates

HR duties

  • New employee contracts
  • Early termination documents
  • Absences
  • Holidays

Other duties in operations

  • Assist operations
  • Social events, organise competitions,
  • Improve company brand reputation locally
  • Visit local universities 
  • Visit job fairs

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience required  
  • Experience in screening job applicants
  • Knowledge of social media and professional networks
  • Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Numerate and able to use Excel, experience with Salesforce would be beneficial
  • Engaging personality and optimistic outlook
  • Ability to handle confidential information
