Your tasks
- telephone handling of enquiries about products, the shop page, the ordering process and shipment tracking
- accompanying customers through the ordering process
- competent and case-closing processing of customer enquiries
- ensure customer satisfaction
Your profile
- very good knowledge of the Spanish or French language (written and spoken)
- good working knowledge of MS Office
- Sales and Telemarketing experience preferable, entry level welcome
- confident and professional on the phone
- target driven personality, friendly and communicative
