Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will be a key driver of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key clients and corporates within the designated region. This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience, and with the capability to engage with high-level decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles independently. The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding Zvilo’s market presence and achieving our sales targets.
Specific Responsibilities and Activities
Responsibilities for Sales Support
→ Client Interaction: Take on a more client-facing role, directly interacting with key clients to ensure their needs are met and providing insights into their feedback.
→ Support in Sales Meetings: Assist and support in presentations and discussions in sales meetings, ensuring that all relevant information is clearly communicated and any questions or concerns are addressed effectively.
→Administrative Support: Take responsibility for managing complex administrative tasks and coordinating with higher-level management to streamline sales operations.
→ Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior sales support staff, helping them develop their skills and understanding of sales support processes.
Skills &Qualifications:
→Proven experience in a sales support or similar role.
→Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
→Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
→Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
→Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
→Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
→Familiarity with CRM systems, includingMonday.com (desirable).
