JUSTICE ACTIVITY IN KOSOVO
Request for Proposals (RFP-FFP-013)
Chemonics, the Buyer, acting on behalf of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Justice Activity in Kosovo, is soliciting offers from companies and organizations to submit proposals for implementing a transcription platform across the Basic Courts of Ferizaj, Gjilan, and Pristina.
The USAID Justice Activity in Kosovo is a five-year program that aims to strengthen Kosovo’s justice system by applying a people-centered justice approach to improve institutional capacity to provide people access to quality services and multiple means to solve their justice needs and everyday legal problems, and to generate greater public trust in the justice system and the rule of law. The activity will achieve this through three distinct but interrelated objectives:
(1) Quality and Accessibility of Justice Services Improved
(2) Citizen Understanding, Engagement, and Trust of the Justice System Improved (3) Effective Innovations in the Justice Sector Developed
Offerors are invited to submit proposals in response to this RFP in accordance with Section I of the RFP the Instructions to Offerors, which will not be part of the subcontract. The instructions are intended to assist interested Offerors in the preparation of their offer. Any resulting subcontract will be guided by Sections II and III.
The following calendar summarizes important dates in the solicitation process. Offerors must strictly follow these deadlines.

The dates above may be modified at the sole discretion of Chemonics. Any changes will be published in an amendment to this RFP.
