Support & Marketing Manager

detail-oriented individual to join our team in the position of Support & Marketing Manager.
We are seeking an innovative leader to promote our company’s brand and services. In this role you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department as well as preparing forecasts.

Support & Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Support sales, marketing and customer services
- Evaluate sales processes and perform collaboratively with Tech-Supports
- Identify opportunities for sales support to streamline entire sales process along with measure activities results
- Manage the support and sales groups
- Create an adequate strategy for sales, management and implementation processes
- Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts
- Prepare and present regular monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management
Support & Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or similar.
- A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- More than one year of experience as Support & Marketing Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
